Terms of Use

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

This website is owned and operated by Cosmetic Ink & Aesthetics.

By accessing this website or booking services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, along with our policies and all applicable laws of the State of Colorado.

If you do not agree, you may not use this website or our services.

 

2. SERVICES

This website provides information regarding cosmetic and aesthetic services, including but not limited to permanent makeup (PMU), skin treatments, and related services.

All services are elective, and results may vary by individual.

 

3. BOOKINGS, PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are listed on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointments.

  • Deposits are non-transferable and apply only to the booked service.

Fees

  • Cash preferred

  • A 3% processing fee applies to in-person card payments

  • Applicable state and local taxes (currently 7.1%) will be added

By completing a booking, you enter into a legally binding agreement to purchase the selected service.

 

4. NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Services rendered

  • Deposits or booking fees

  • Missed or canceled appointments

  • Treatment packages or prepaid services

 

5. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

  • A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule

  • Late cancellations will result in:

    • 50% of the service fee charged

    • Forfeiture of deposit

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in:

    • Forfeiture of deposit

    • Up to 80% of the service charged to the card on file

 

6. LATE ARRIVALS

Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment canceled.

Late arrivals will result in:

  • Loss of deposit

  • Applicable cancellation fees

  • Requirement of a new deposit to rebook

We do not rush services under any circumstances.

 

7. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTES (CRITICAL)

By booking or purchasing services, you agree:

  • You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered or deposits paid

  • In the event of a chargeback, you are responsible for:

    • The full cost of services

    • Administrative fees

    • Collection costs, including attorney’s fees where applicable

We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent disputes.

 

8. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to:

  • Modify or discontinue services

  • Limit access to services

  • Refuse or terminate service for any reason

This includes violations of policies or inappropriate behavior.

 

9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You agree that you are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all service details before booking

  • Providing accurate personal and health information

  • Following all pre-care and aftercare instructions

  • Booking correct services and appointment dates

Failure to do so may result in refusal of service or additional charges.

 

10. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law:

You acknowledge that cosmetic procedures involve inherent risks, including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions, and unsatisfactory results.

Cosmetic Ink & Aesthetics shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or use

  • Personal injury or property damage related to services

  • Unauthorized access to data

 

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cosmetic Ink & Aesthetics from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the website

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of services

 

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, branding, text, and media, is the exclusive property of Cosmetic Ink & Aesthetics.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

 

13. MARKETING & COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Service-related messages

  • Promotional communications

14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Colorado.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in:
