Cancellation Policy

Virtual Consultation Policy Virtual consultations are designed to discuss your goals, review treatment options, and provide professional guidance prior to scheduling services. This appointment allows us to determine suitability for treatment and answer any questions you may have. A consultation fee may be required to reserve your appointment time. This fee secures your consultation and will be applied toward your service if you choose to move forward with treatment. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee and may require a new fee to rebook. Please ensure you are available at your scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the appointment will be considered a missed consultation. Virtual consultations are informational and do not guarantee treatment eligibility. Certain services may require an in-person assessment prior to scheduling. Appointments outside of regular business hours may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee. By scheduling a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
