Appointments are reserved specifically for you due to the preparation, consultation, and treatment time required for fibroblast skin tightening procedures. This advanced cosmetic treatment uses controlled energy to tighten and rejuvenate the skin. To ensure safety and quality care, all clients must follow the booking policies outlined below. A consultation may be required prior to treatment to determine eligibility. Certain medical conditions, medications, skin types, or healing concerns may make this treatment unsuitable. In some cases, medical clearance may be required before proceeding. We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to maintain safety and scheduling standards. The full service fee may still apply if the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival. Treatment Eligibility & Safety Fibroblast treatment creates small superficial skin dots that form scabs as part of the normal healing process. Temporary swelling, redness, scabbing, and sensitivity are expected. Healing time varies by treatment area and individual response. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results. Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Proper aftercare, including sun protection and avoiding picking or removing scabs, is essential to reduce the risk of infection, scarring, or pigmentation changes. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results. All services are cosmetic procedures and are non-refundable once performed. Results vary by individual, and no guarantees can be made. If concerns arise, clients must contact the office within 48 hours so the treatment area can be evaluated. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if safety, medical, or professional standards cannot be met. By booking this service, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
