Cancellation Policy

Permanent Makeup Consultation Policy A consultation is required prior to scheduling any permanent makeup procedure. This consultation allows us to review your goals, medical history, skin condition, previous procedures, and treatment options to determine the safest and most appropriate plan for your desired results. A consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment time. This fee secures your consultation and will be applied toward your procedure if you choose to move forward with treatment. Consultation fees are non-refundable but may be transferred one time with proper notice. We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your consultation. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee and may require a new consultation fee to rebook. Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure adequate time for assessment and planning. Consultations are required to determine eligibility for permanent makeup services. Not all clients may be suitable candidates for treatment. Certain medical conditions, medications, skin conditions, or previous procedures may affect results or require additional evaluation. Permanent makeup is a multi-step process, and results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and healing response. Additional sessions or touch-ups may be required to achieve and maintain desired results. Appointments outside of regular business hours may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee. By scheduling a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
