Cancellation Policy

Paramedical Consultation Policy A consultation is required prior to scheduling any paramedical or restorative tattooing procedure. This consultation allows us to review your goals, medical history, treatment area, healing considerations, and suitability for services such as scar camouflage, stretch mark camouflage, areola restoration, cleft lip pigmentation, or other corrective treatments. A consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment time. This fee secures your consultation and will be applied toward your procedure if you choose to move forward with treatment. Consultation fees are non-refundable but may be transferred one time with proper notice. We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your consultation. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee and may require a new consultation fee to rebook. Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure adequate time for proper evaluation and discussion. Certain medical conditions, medications, recent surgeries, or healing stages may affect treatment eligibility. In some cases, written medical clearance from a physician may be required prior to treatment. Results vary based on skin condition, scar maturity, healing response, and individual health factors. Multiple sessions are commonly required to achieve optimal results. Appointments outside of regular business hours may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee. PMU lightening and removal treatments typically require multiple sessions spaced several weeks apart. Complete removal cannot be guaranteed, and results vary based on individual skin response and pigment characteristics. By scheduling a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
