Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Due to the time and preparation required for mole and skin tag removal procedures, we kindly ask all clients to follow our booking policies to ensure safety, proper scheduling, and quality care. Consultation Requirement Some removals may require an evaluation prior to treatment. Suspicious, irregular, or medically concerning lesions may require medical clearance from a licensed healthcare provider before cosmetic removal can be performed. Cancellation & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to maintain safety and scheduling standards. The full service fee may still apply if the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival. Treatment Eligibility & Safety For safety reasons, treatment cannot be performed if there is an active infection, open wound, suspicious lesion, uncontrolled medical condition, or any condition that may interfere with healing. Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, and relevant health history prior to treatment. Results & Healing Expectations Healing time varies by individual and treatment area. Temporary redness, swelling, scabbing, or discoloration is normal during the healing process. Multiple treatments may be required depending on the size and type of growth. Results cannot be guaranteed. Aftercare Responsibility Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Proper wound care is essential to reduce the risk of infection and scarring. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect healing outcomes. Payments & Refund Policy All services are considered cosmetic procedures and are non-refundable once performed. If concerns arise, clients must contact the office within 48 hours so the area can be evaluated. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if safety, medical, or professional standards cannot be met. By booking this service, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
