Cancellation Policy

Lash Lift & Tint Booking Policy Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We kindly ask that all clients respect our scheduling policies to ensure quality service and availability for all clients. Cancellation & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to maintain our schedule. The full service fee may still apply if the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival. Health & Safety Requirements For safety reasons, lash lift services cannot be performed if you have: • Active eye infections or irritation • Recent eye surgery • Open wounds or skin infections near the eyes • Severe allergies to cosmetic products • Certain medical conditions that may affect healing Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment. Results & Aftercare Responsibility Results typically last 6–8 weeks, but individual results may vary based on natural lash growth, aftercare, and lifestyle factors. Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may affect results, and refunds will not be issued due to improper aftercare. Children & Guests For safety and sanitation, only clients receiving services are permitted in the treatment area unless prior arrangements have been made. Payments & Refunds All services are non-refundable once performed. If you have concerns about your results, please contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate and address the issue. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if safety, health, or professional standards cannot be met. By booking this service, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
