Cancellation Policy

Haircut Appointment Policy A valid payment method may be required to secure your appointment. We kindly ask that all clients arrive on time and prepared for their scheduled service. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 72 hours' notice. Changes made with less than 72 hours' notice may result in a 50% late cancellation fee. Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a $25 late fee. No-Show Policy Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a no-show fee and may require prepayment for future bookings. Children & Guests For safety and focus during services, we ask that only scheduled clients be present during the appointment unless prior arrangements have been made. Respect & Professionalism We are committed to providing a respectful and professional environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.
