Cancellation Policy

Consultations at Cosmedic Ink & Aesthetics are required for certain aesthetic and advanced skin treatments to determine eligibility, safety, and the most appropriate treatment plan. Consultations allow us to evaluate your skin, review medical history, discuss expectations, and provide personalized recommendations before scheduling treatment. Consultation Requirement Some aesthetic services require consultation approval before booking. Treatment suitability is determined based on skin condition, medical history, medications, and healing factors. In certain cases, medical clearance may be required before treatment can be performed. Cancellation & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee or requirement to prepay for future consultations. Late Arrival Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to maintain scheduling standards. Consultation Fees Consultation fees, if applicable, may be applied toward the cost of treatment when scheduled within a reasonable time frame. Treatment Eligibility Not all clients are candidates for every aesthetic treatment. Factors such as skin type, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent treatments, or poor healing history may affect eligibility. Results & Expectations Consultations are for evaluation and education purposes. Treatment recommendations, number of sessions, healing time, and results vary by individual. No Guarantee of Treatment Scheduling a consultation does not guarantee treatment approval. Professional Standards We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if safety, medical, or professional standards cannot be met.
