DEPOSIT
All services require a non-refundable deposit and a card on file.
Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable and not transferable.
The deposit will not apply to any treatment.

REFUNDS
It is your responsibility to ensure you have done your research before booking.
We do not offer refunds for services, treatment plans, deposits, booking fees, or any payments made.
You are responsible for booking your treatments at times and dates that suit your scheduled lifestyle. If we offer a date that does not work, we are happy to offer the next available date.
CANCELLATION POLICY​
We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule your appointment but provide less than 72 hours notice, a late cancellation fee of $110 will apply, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Please contact us ASAP if you are going to be late. If you arrive 15+ minutes later, it will likely result in a cancellation of your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will apply and your deposit will be forfeited.
Missed or canceled on your treatment date will result in forfeiture of the deposit; also, you will be billed for 50% of your service with the card on file for the time set aside for the procedure.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
​Cosmetic Ink & Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service and training to anyone at our discretion.

ARRIVAL
Guests should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork, update paperwork, and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location via google maps.
We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION! Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic or any other personal emergency.
Late arrivals will be canceled, and deposits will be forfeited.
An additional deposit of $150 will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.
NO GUESTS PLEASE:
concerning the COVID-19 pandemic, no extra guests are allowed in the treatment room on the day of treatment.
IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS:
All permanent cosmetic treatments are considered a multiple-step appointment process.
Healed results will vary with each client.
We will make NO guarantees.
Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in less than the desired outcome as each client will heal differently.
For your new brows to heal properly (and look their absolute best), please follow all our Pre and Post care instructions.
These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results. Read about Contradictions to PMU listed in Q & A's
Also, note clients will be required to return for a refining treatment within 90 days of their first initial treatment.

If you have a previous eyebrow tattoo/PMU or micro-bladed eyebrows, please book a consultation to ensure we can do the cover-up/touch-up work.

If aftercare instructions were not properly followed, we reserve the right not to proceed with the procedure, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Not following pre-op instructions (i.e., drinking caffeine causing too much bleeding)
Booking the wrong date. Please understand that we will attempt on our end to send you emails and text reminders to let you know about an appointment that was booked.

Ultimately it is your responsibility to keep track of your visits and dates.
